“A cosy guesthouse with a very friendly personnel. Not too big with a pleasant view to Glucksburg castle. A good a la carte menu and excellent breakfast included. It is not a luxury hotel, but met our requirements - good value for money and close to Flensburg where we had some errands.”

“The hotel/restaurant was nicely decorated and very accommodating. Work was underway to improve the front garden area, but the terrace was very nice and provided a relaxing environment to view the Wasserschloss in the near distance. Rooms were adequate and very clean, however other parts of the hotel were showing their age, but this didn't affect the coziness of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice but limited to what was served to each table. (Read, not a buffet breakfast.) WiFi was very good as was the reception and breakfast service.”

“This is a lovely hotel, and we had a room on the first floor with a balcony and a view of the Schloss. It is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff speak limited English, but we managed and had a few laughs over some of the items on the restaurant menu. Breakfast was very nice and the lady organising things made me a freshly boiled egg. Free parking at the front of the hotel a bonus for anyone driving.”
