“The breakfast each morning was very good, with cold cuts including salamis and salmon, cheeses, variations of granola, pastries and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage. The service staff spoke English just fine. They have 'pig's knuckle' for a special that is huge!--2x the meat that is appropriate it seems.”
“Great room, wonderful location. We used this hotel as a stopping point between Bitburg and Hamburg, not wanting to fight evening traffic. The staff was wonderful and the patio restaurant was great too. Breakfast was good and typical German style. Thank you!”

“They breakfast was excellent, they brought coffee to the table, and there were a buffet. One of us needed glutenfree bread, whoch were available, and they even remembered it for the next day so they prepared it beforehand.”
