“* Staff was friendly, from receptionists to the room maids. * Breakfast is not in that hotel, which is a 2* one; breakfast is in a nearby 3* hotel. * Staff is sensitive about security; when I ordered a cab late at night, they preferred me to stay indoors while waiting. * Location is great when you arrive by bus, airport train or AVE, the high speed train, as the hotel is really around the corner, about 5-7 min walk. So it is really convenient when you check out. * On the other hand, it is about 15-20 min walk to the very center of town; but it is fine as once there, everything is nearby. * It is also next to the CAC (modern art) museum. Really worth it to go there, and it is free of charge. * Good WIFI.”
