“Staff was incredibly helpful and nice - the first day we got our room keys delivered to the restaurant we were sitting in, the second day we got breakfast half an hour after the breakfast time and with a smile. We felt most welcomed here! Thank you <3 The room was clean and nice and big enough, bed comfy and the bathroom was big and (I think) soundproof. Very clever! The hotel is very close to almost all the restaurants of Vrchlabí and its wellness. Thanks to all of this we enjoyed our stay at Vrchlabí very much.”

“U zvonu was a complete surprise to me. The reception area is located in the cafe that goes with the hotel. The waitress is also the check in girl. All went very smoothly and quickly. Then comes the room. It was very large, very bright with all you need. Shower opens wide, so if you are a bit bigger, no problem to get in at all. Breakfast in the morning was varied for the size and the number of clients of the hotel. I spent here two nights, but whenever I need a place to sleep in Vrchlabi, I certainly will return here.”
“- A very beautiful small building, in a lovely location, with very clean and cosy rooms. It's located near a palace and a park, on a street with nice old buildings. Shops, a petrol station and a cash machine are nearby. - Good breakfast - 3 hot dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled or fried sausages), 3 types of bread/rolls, 4 types of cheese, 4 types of ham, 4 types of cereal, 2 types of jam, honey, fruit, vegetables, cake/croissants, a lot of types of tea, juice, yoghurts, etc). Good quality of the products, everything very tasty. - Nice décor of the rooms and nice atmosphere in the building.”
