“This is an excellent hotel in a convenient location (near the Rodoviaria). It was convenient to reach from the airport, and it was well-located for my trip to Inhotim on one day, and then upon leaving for Ouro Preto the 2nd day. The bus station is literally a block or two away. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very good, with an ample selection. Truth be told, the street that the hotel is on, Rua dos Guaranis, is extremely busy during the day with a lot of people catching buses and going shopping at the supermarkets and horti-fruti shops here, but upon entering the hotel, one forgot that the road was outside.”

It´s a simple, well kept place very close to the rodoviaria, perfect if you are travelling on a budget. Good breakfast. Not everyone of the receptionists speaks English, but all staff are very nice eager to help.”
