“Friendly multi-lingual staff. Decent hotel dining...it appears that they may have a regular local crowd so that's a great endorsement! Rooms were sparsly outfitted with towels and bedding (typical of German lodging), but they were also clean and sufficient.”
“The hotel is located within a walking distance of Burscheid center and also close to the Panorama Radweg Balkantrasse which is a nice bicycle and walk-way along the villages. It is also close to the industrial area of Burscheid which makes this hotel a popular business accommodation. The one-bed room is bit small but well equipped for a short business trip. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant has a good atmosphere and provides lovely food so you don't wish to have your dinner somewhere else. The parking lot is big and safety. The breakfast has a wide selection of hot and cold meals. The wifi works properly.”
