“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's a 3 minute walk to the centre of Wernigerode with shops and restaurants along the way. It also has a great view to the castle from one side. Breakfast was very good with lots of cold cuts, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, boiled eggs and freshly cooked scrambled eggs on demand! While the bathroom was very small, I loved the shower because it was the most powerful I've ever experienced in a hotel! The indoor pool was very nice too.”

“Ein sehr hübsches Hotel in der Nähe der Innenstadt mit Blick auf das Schloss. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist ordentlich und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, man hat eine große Auswahl inklusive an frischem Obst. Das junge Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.”
“Das Hotel liegt der Altstadt und dem Schloss zu Füßen, alles wunderbar ohne Auto zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt einem das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstücksbüfett lässt keine Wünsche offen, es fehlte an nichts. Alle Speisen sehr schmackhaft und dank pfiffig gekühlter Platten bis zum Schluss ansehnlich. Unser Problem mit einem defekten PKW angereist zu sein, wurde schnell und kompetent mit der Suche einer passenden Werkstatt behoben.”
