“Lovely and very quaint hotel . Very old world . Real attention to detail in quirky old fashioned furnishings . Beautiful setting of rooms around a mini courtyard with tree growing up through the centre . Reception was great and Juan was a star . He organised our taxi for 5.45am and taxi was there . I felt like we stepped into an old world Gran canaria and it was lovely . Found a lovely little bar restaurant on the square & again very friendly staff . Location is lovely in old town and great charm . You will need a taxi from airport but reasonable at 15 euros . We chose this hotel specifically because close to airport and we needed an early start . It was perfect in this respect and I would recommend if you are a late night arrival ( but before 9pm unless by prior arrangement ) or for early AM departure .”
