“The staff was friendly and very helpful and our room was very nice. We had a view of the mountains and it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was typical Swiss, abundant, and fresh. In nice weather we sat on the terrace. Dinner was very good, but like all of Switzerland, it was expensive. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, which was quite convenient. The Haslital is a beautiful area and a wonderful alternative to the touristy Jungfrau region.”
“We stayed in a family room and the views of the mountains were wonderful. It was just five minutes to the ski resort from the bus stop that's right outside. And the other direction took you in five minutes to the train station. So a great location. Very tasty food in the restaurant with a children's activity kit and menu. So very relaxing to travel with two tired and hungry little kids after a day in the snowy mountains. A great choice.”

“Good location to stay for the Alpenbrevet. Breakfast put on at 5am to accommodate early start. Great view across the Alps from balcony and restaurant terrace. Colouring set for children at dinner was a nice touch”

“Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Man hat auch spezielle Bedürfnisse sehr gut befriedigt (Nahrungsmittelallergien). Die Speisen waren auch saisongerecht und allesamt frisch zubereitet worden. Top-Qualität. Familienfreundlichkeit wird gross geschrieben und haben wir auch so erlebt. Freundliches CH-Personal. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus war bilderbuchhaft.”
“Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut (ich habe da nicht zum ersten Mal im Bären gegessen und jedes Mal gut). Direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse, jedoch Zimmer auf die andere Seite raus, kein Verkehr gehört. Postautohaltestelle gleich vor der Tür. Genügend Parkplätze.”
