“After staying in Madrid for 3 nights, this place was Luxury! It is a newer building, and is really nice. It has an elevator, rooms are modern with lots of electrical plugs, TV, Telephone, heat and a/c, very nice solid windows, small room safe, desk and chair, closet with storage, very nice bath with large sink, nice shower with plenty of hot water and pressure, and of course a toilet! Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet even though it was facing the street - the windows are triple paned! I would highly recommend this property. While it isn't right in the middle of the old part of town, it is only one block from the bus stop and the bus station, train station, and old town area are a very short bus ride away. There are restaurants right across the street, and shopping one block. There is a common lounge area downstairs next to the lobby. They offer coffee and tea and a microwave there. No breakfast is served, but there are tables if you bring something in to eat.”

I was able to utilise a kettle from reception and the hotel very kindly stored my luggage for me between visits spaced over a week. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and I would be happy to choose to stay again.”
