“An amazing value! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and owners. In a lovely historical palace in a quiet but lovely small town with a castle. Lively informal bar/cafe with excellent food (How is this for a tapa: eggplant tempura with miso!), and an elegant restaurant if you are so inclined. Everything is simple and in lovely taste. I travel a great deal in this area, and this is the best find I can remember.”
