“Cez Booking.com som pri rezervácii mala nižšiu cenu za ubytovanie, ale pani v recepcii Hotel Flora, hoci som jej ukázala vytlačené výtlačky rezervácie, uvedenú cenu neuznala a cenu nám zvýšila. Pri tom sa tvárila, že tej rezervácii od Bookingu nerozumie. Nerozumiem tomu ani ja, pretože sa mi to ešte nestalo. Vždy aká bola uvedená suma pri rezervácii ta bola platná. (Viem, že cena môže byť rozdielna jedine pri danom kurze, čo v našom prípade bola cena zvýšená za ubytovanie.)”
