“The staff were helpful and the room was nice and clean.”
“Clean and comfortable. Good dinner. Friendly staff. Unxpectedly high standard for this out-of-the-way place.”
“Super friendly place to stay. Comfortable big room with a very nice bathroom. Pleasant common area to relax after trekking and to chat with the sociable and helpful owner. Good breakfast and dinner. One hour drive from Laguna Amarga. Highly recommended.”
“Good location for the price! There are other hotels that may be suitable for better views! But for the price this hotel meets expectation!”
“What I liked best is that it is an hour closer to Torres del Paine than coming from Puerto Natales. They have very new facilities and the bar space has a nice fireplace to lounge at. The owner and hotel workers were super friendly and nice as well.”
“comfortable, clean, friendly, nice decoration, family cabin feeling decoration, 30 minutes from Puerto Natales, good hospitality.”
“The hotel is new and spotless. The greeting by the manager was excellent. The owner cooked the food and made the bread and jam herself. The lounge had lots of leather sofas and many books of the region on beautiful coffee tables. The rooms were again spotless, and very well furnished with local touches. The bathroom was delightful.”
“It is a small family type hotel attended by the owner himself and his staff all with a warm disposition. Resembles an old "estancia" style decoration. Food was great and good price as well. No TV, to get away from it all. TRULY RECOMMENDED!!!”
“My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel. We were traveling in the low season, and were the only guests in the hotel at the time we were staying there. They had a warm fire waiting for us, and served us mate and homemade dessert. The facilities were very comfortable and the staff was very attentive.”
“The staff are really, really nice and accommodating. They can provide lunch for trekking, excellent quality dinners, and the room was perfect. I slept like a baby, and it's exactly what you need after a tough day trekking. For me, the location was perfect because you're within an hour of the park, and right on the border with Argentina, which was our next stop. The breakfast, in fact all meals are excellent! Good wifi too (for Patagonia). Staff don't speak English but you can get by with charades and a little Spanish, and they do their best to explain things to you. The couple running this place are super nice, and Yeimi was also very kind and helpful.”
