“Initially the receptionist was not nice, gave us a room right at the elevator, very noisy with people talking loud until 11:00pm...Next day we talked to the owner of the property and she promptly changed us to a better room, less noisy and more spacious. Restaurant food is not good (chef does not know how to cook), so we did not try the restaurant at the hotel again. Generally, bistro-restos around Fatima sanctuary are very basic and some are downright not good!”
“The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Great location, walking distance from the Sanctuary. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially the young lady in the restaurant. Thanks for being so friendly and attentive. Dinner was exceptional, really enjoyed the good food.”

“Das Haus wirkt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, war jedoch OK für eine Übernachtung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Fatima samt seinen vielen Kapellen/Nebengebäuden zu Fuß sehr rasch erreichen zu können. Das Abendessen im haus-eigenen Restaurant ist recht gut gewesen, so auch das Frühstück, wobei lärmende Gruppen doch ein Störfaktor gewesen sind. Das WIFI ist flott und stabil gewesen.”
