“Lovely breakfast and staff really helpful. Our flight was cancelled at the last minute and they found us rooms for the night and printed out boarding passes for us. My friend lost her engagement ring and it had been handed in by housekeeping- impressed by their honesty and help.”
“The hotel is well located (near subway station and bus station). There is an underground parking for additional fee (17 euros) and is very convenient. The family room was composed with a 2 rooms and 3 beds (2 single and one kind size). This room is perfect and convenient fora family of 4 menbers. The breakfast is perfect with many offers and good quality. Staff was very nice and helpful. They provide a day ticket for a group of 5 for public transportation for 19.90 euros. Very practical. The fitness room is nice but limited ( this was not my main objective in Berlin). We had a room on fitth floor, very quiet but with a poor view on the other side of the hotel.”
