“I requested a free bottle of wine as the stay was for a surprise birthday treat, we had agree bottle of Munn Champagne!!!! There was no scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet but the chef made them especially for me, can't ask for more!! Also my husband left his glasses in the room after we left the hotel, they found them for us and kept them until we could return and fetch them, excellent customer service!! Thank you very much for your assistance in finding these glasses. Above all though we had a lovely 24 hours stay the hotel”
