“This is by far the best place to stay in Heilsbronn and the Ansbach area. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We travel with dogs and they are more than happy have the dogs as well. The breakfast is delicious and nicely presented. They have a great menu from Italian to traditional Bavarian fare. We are always happy after a day or evening at Gasthof Schönau! Highly recommend! ”
“For me, being on the move, that was a perfect stay for the night. Just +/- 3 km from the Freeway, in very nice location; peacefull country side that I could take my dog for a relaxing walk after many hours behind the weel. The restaurant, with lovely beergarden was perfect in every aspect. Next time, if feasible, I will bent my route just to stop for a night up there.”
