“The restaurant was excellent a bit pricey but good value. Nice walk into town along river even in the ran.”
“Due to summer vacation time check-in time was limited, yet even though we were almost an hour early (you never know when you're hiking), the owner's kid (maybe 12 yrs old) saw to it that staff would open the doors earlier for us and we could check in. Fabulous! And this was only the first of many situations and moments in which everyone at the hotel and restaurant would prove to us (and very inobstrusivly so) that politeness, courtesy and attentiveness are still alive! The hotel is located just outside of town, and can easily be accessed by car or public transportation. There is ample parking space too. If you hike the Odenwald you can also access the hotel directly from trails. Rooms are really well-equipped and clean. The restaurant also features a large patio and there's a beer garden in addition; the quality of food and beverages is high, the dishes are well-composed, service is perfect.”

“Gute Parkmöglichkeit, direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Geschmackvoll neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer mit besonders bequemen Betten und nicht zu enger Dusche. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbüffet an dem es an nichts (inkl. Sekt) fehlt. Für die schönen Tage gibt es sogar eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Zugang zum ruhig gelegenem Hotelgarten mit Bachlauf, schön eingebettet am Waldrand.”
