BUT, in spite of what the website claims, this is not really a family friendly location. It is better suited to couples. The restaurants and other amenities are very expensive. We chose to dine in Set. Agathe which had some great options.”
“Friendly staff. Accommodating. Expressed themselves well both in French and English. Linda at the grill in morning. She was friendly, happy, professional and made my eggs just the way I liked them. Edgar was friendly, funny and pleasant to speak to early in the morning. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of all the people that made our stay pleasant. I will start with the lady at the front desk. We arrived on Wednesday, August 23rd around 18:30. She was friendly, cheerful and accommodating even though she was as i understood at the end of her shift. She made us feel at home. The ladies that came to do the room. Always friendly, always helpful. The waitress at Au Rok. She was wonderful. She had red long hair and we were there Thursday August 24th at 20:00. She put my son at ease to cook his own meat to eat! The Valet man, taking the time to say hello, the towel men and women, the men bringing the trolleys with the laundry. Everyone friendly. Thank-you!”
