“Nice hotel, within walking distance of the old town area in Meissen. The castle, river etc. were all visible from our room. However, we were tired after a conference and we didn't sight see. We just wanted a quiet recovery time and the hotel was perfect for that. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and the food was good, the service well managed and everything appropriate. The staff were attentive and helpful. We also had breakfast there. Great selection of breakfast items, both food and drink. We loved the spa, with 2 steam rooms, sauna, relaxation area. There was a €5 extra charge for use of the spa, which was well worth paying. Overall, we very pleased with our stay there.”
