“The staff were exceptional. The receptionists went above and beyond to help with anything you required. Need extra tea bags, coffee, sugar etc in your room, ask the chamber staff, it is done. The breakfast staff were like ninjas, took away any used dishes without being intrusive. The location of the hotel is very good. The lanxess arena is a 10 minute walk away, the cathedral is a 20 minute walk. However there is a tram station right outside the front of the hotel so you can be anywhere in a few minutes. All in all, if you're looking for an excellent hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff, this is the one.”
