What guests loved the most
“The staff was friendly but English is still not a primary language of communication (German, Russian and Czech mostly) . Rooms are clean and well equipped, procedure rooms are comfortable and clean. As a real 5 star property, the hotel is lacking a lap pool (but there's one at the sister hotel nearby) and its own fitness room (also found at the sister property ). But it has a gorgeous sauna/roman baths spa area. The hotel offers the best selection of medical and wellness procedures in the area and its location is very convenient to the colonnade/mineral springs, main street and area parks.”
“The room was lovely. The staff were friendly and kind. The spa facilities were superb and fun to use. Walking around outside of the hotel was great. The hotel is well located within Marienbad vis a vis the sites. A wonderful jazz group performed one evening in the bar while we were at the hotel.”
