“Dear Sirs, I have used this hotel for over 13 years. The personnel isvery polite, the kitchen is ok but there is no heating. The last time,when I went to an official compromise (meeting at the Public HealthSchool very near this hotel) my wife warned me: "This hotel lacksheating" I didn't take into account her commentary but.....ISuffered this condition as the temperature in S.Paulo those nights wasvery close to zero Celsius (33 Farenheit). I was informed by the hotelattendants that they had a few heating devices but all where already inuse by other clients. My recommendation is DON"T stay in this hotelin cold weather.”
