“We arrived late so the place was locked up for the night (there is no overnight reception - but all guests have keycards to allow 24hr access), a quick phone call and a short wait resulted in an extremely helpful manager letting us in, checking us in and showing us to our room. The room was immaculately decorated and clean. Facilities were great and the food some of the best we had in Budapest. The hotel is set at the top of the Castle area (not in an actual castle) and so was quiet at night and not too busy during the day. Travel to the main city was quick using the 16A bus that stops within 20 metres of the hotel and runs till 11pm each night. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.”
