“The staff were warm and very helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by Davide who spoke to us in Spanish (on request) and English to help us out. We asked him for his recommendations of places to eat in the area and added some of our own and he told us the best way to travel to each of them. Very helpful. We were offered several choices of rooms for the same price and allowed to pic our preference. Overall that was a great start.”

“fabulous view from our room, but the receptionist strongly advised we tried the view from the 8th floor bar, now those views were awesome. breakfast was wonderful, not massive choice but all typically Catalonian and excellent. and the bar pours large measures lots of hot water, large room and massive bed. shower was very good.”
“Everything !!! The bed was very comfy , food was good , location excellent. Stunning views of the La Sagrada Familia from the room and from the terrace area the whole of Barcelona. The staff were attentive , but not in an imposing way. The holel was very clean and all assets were in good working order (lifts included)”
