They were very friendly and helpful, and it is especially appreciated because for my entire stay, there was always just one person working at the front desk... who also had to handle the room service and restaurant orders, including preparing them... and who had to deal with any guest issues as well as check people in and out of the hotel, and answer phone calls, and replenish the complimentary beverages... and on it goes. Somehow they managed to do all of this efficiently and with a smile. Honestly, kudos to them for doing a great job, and shame on Ibis for overworking its staff at this location!! The hotel is right across from the beach. They have a nice breakfast spread in the morning. And the hotel has a modern, kinda funky, but still inviting feel to it.”
