“The staff was nice but not so friendly that they put you off. The pool area and exercise room are together with a window in between so if you have kids in the pool, you can be on the treadmill and still keep an eye on them. The pool is open to adults only from 11pm til 2am, kind of unusual. They have a small 2 person sauna which is awesome because I don't really care to sweat with strangers. There were loads of outlets available for device chargers and the wifi actually worked. All in all, quiet, clean , comfortable and strikes an almost impossible balance between good for kids and adults alike.”
