“Very friendly, thoughtful and caring staff. All of their services were superb. When made a reservation, my only option left was the selection of King bed room. I was hoping for a double-bed room, but none of them were available on a busy Memorial Day weekend. However, I did make a request for a double-bed thru their online comment box, with zero expectation to have it. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to have a double-bed room. Many thanks! :) What's more? We arrived on the island after 9:30 AM, which was way too early before check-in time, about 5 hours. Nonetheless and without hesitation, the White Elephant shuttle driver took our suitcases and stored them at the hotel for us, so that we don't have to carry them around when touring until check-in. And when we arrived White Elephant, our suitcases were already in our room.”
“We stayed at the White Elephant Village and could not have been happier. The staff was "excellent". The little touches such as a hand written welcome note in our room when we arrive, the afternoon cookies and later the wine and cheese in the lobby were unexpected. Although we did not get over to the main building at the White Elephant, I imagine that service was impeccable as well. Even though we had no occasion to use it, the staff offered to drive us in town and even pick us up if requested - this is top shelf service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back.”
“The staff are over the top friendly and accommodating for anything you need. From dinner reservations to shuttle service! They always greet you when you walk into the lobby, most times by name!! They have bikes available for you to use that they kindly set up for you... The bed is extremely comfortable, shower is amazing and they have any toiletries there you may have forgotten for yourself! The fresh water, coffee, pastries, and cookies in the lobby are just the icing on the cake!! Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel!”
