“I spent one transit night in this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and fairly ordinary. My room was absolutely tiny - the smallest of my entire trip. It also had a view to a concrete wall. The service was friendly enough but check in and out are done via a machine, which did not add to the experience. Breakfast was particularly bad, with few options and a not very conducive atmosphere. It is a great area but a bit of a walk to Dotombori, so should not be considered to be anywhere near Namba area. BIG issue was that no taxi drivers had heard of it - so I spent considerable time having to explain to them where it was, and wait while they called back to base and had long conversations about the matter! Fine for a quick overnight but nothing special.”
