“Very friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Meals were delivered exactly as requested, i.e., full breakfast but no fried bread or tattle scone. Not overdone in Halloween decoration but a very humorous 7 robotic foot male charaçter made cheeky comments then cheered people up no end.”

“Staff were friendly, welcoming and very efficient and helpful. Room was nice size, comfortable, very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and well stocked with a good powerful shower with plenty of hot water available. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, well presented and served with friendly staff and good quality and value. Breakfast was excellent and continued the theme of friendly staff and good quality food - nice chat with morning staff on the amazing selection of Malt Whiskys available in the lounge, over 400 :-)”
