“Very friendly staff in this family run independent hotel, who were welcoming and very helpful. Exceptionally clean room, a good size, not cramped, with a very nice ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable indeed - we had an excellent night's sleep. A ten minute walk took us to the historic centre of the city, but there were restaurants closer by if we'd not fancied the walk. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including some regional products which was a nice personal touch.”
