“The safety where no one is allow to enter my room. Very good privacy control as the door cannot be open when there was someone in the locked room. The Cleaners service were excellent, great safety as I left my room key in the room she refused to open the door for me and insisted I get the key card from the reception.”

“Service quality is outstanding, as you'd expect from Westin hotels. Pre-checkin correspondences with the hotel were all replied very promptly. When we checked in, the room unfortunately had a very strong smoke smell. This is a non- smoking facility, but there are always travellers that insist on smoking in the bathrooms. I don't think there's really much more the hotel could have done to prevent this. We notified the reception, and immediately we were switched to a new room, not without the staff first physically checking the new room to make sure that it was free from smoke smell. I think this reflects very well on the quality of service, and attention to details. Location wise, it is located next to a subway station. And as with most parts of Taipei, grabbing a taxi is easy and cost effective. I would love to come back again - especially if they offer free wifi in the rooms.”
