“I booked a room through booking.com however when I called the hotel to confirm booking a lovely gentlemen named Chris had upgraded both my rooms to what I would say was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The service was amazing so would like to say a huge thanks to Chris and Marta who was great at making sure I had warm milk for my baby daughter every morning and night!!!! Cannot fault this hotel at all. Will definiately be back soon. ♥️”
