“Hotel has a nice feel, but a few draw backs that make it expensive for what it is: beds are extremely hard, had back ache all week. Bathroom towels are very old, only one towel is provided and had to ask several times for more. Housekeeping did not close or door after cleaning and exposed our belongings including lap tops for several hours. Amazing that they did not get stolen. Manager wrote very nice apology letter and offered us a discount and upgrade. Breakfast yogurt is very tasty. All in all expensive for what it is.”

“We arrived early and the staff was nice enough to give us early check in. The room was big enough and the bed was certainly very comfortable. All the food and drinks in the minibar/fridge were free for the 1st night of our stay there (yeay!). Despite the hotel located in front of a busy road, it was very quiet inside the room. Masjid Sultan was just behind the hotel. Breakfast was provided and we were given 3 choices of meal which were cooked upon ordering, so rest assured that your meal will be hot from the kitchen.”

“Staff was excellent and friendly! Building super cool and great architecture. Location was okay, but cabs are easy to get and not terribly expensive. We were able to walk to many places. Room was super tiny and bare bones. I could barely fit my giant suitcase but we were staying for only two nights so it was fine for us. Recommend it for a short stay, at least in the smaller rooms.”
