“酒店的设计是简美现代风，员工服务也都非常热情，整体感觉不错，酒店最大的特点是少了绿化多了人工湖，给了客户更多水的感觉，还有个特点是有一个海水泳池。儿童游乐场也是不错的，不过正在完善更多的设施，早餐非常棒但更适合老外，西餐更多一点。总体来说个人感觉是海棠湾最棒的选择。”
