“I was in a single room. The bed, pillow and duvet were very very good and comfortable. The staff were amazing, I got stuck in traffic on my 4.5 hour drive to the hotel and the staff called to make sure I was ok and kept the bar open for me to arrive.”
“I needed to pay for my bill 1st thing, 1st appeared no one was around, chef appeared & was polite, accommodating & sorted everything within minutes. Liked the fact he knew what he was doing, & was pleasent. Got the day off to a good start. Party on night before, guests where lovely, kids looked fab in their dearth Vader costumes, manager chatting to various people & made me very welcome. Ended up chatting to a few people, felt like a proper English Inn. Warm, clean & welcoming.”
