“On day we arrived the property had suffered from a broken water pump and we could not get into our room straight away as they were waiting for plumber to attend. However when we did get into room everything was perfect except there was no hot water available. On departure next morning after a beautiful breakfast, the landlord called us to the bar and offered a full room refund for the inconvenience of no hot water. We had also met up with a friend the night before in this establishment and enjoyed a wonderful three course meal with a discounted bottle of wine thrown in. Excellent all round.”
