“Chalet 1 is perfect for families. A little way from the main hotel which is perfect. Nice and clean with all amenities for a self contained stay with the ability to go to the restaurant for a lovely dinner. Fireplace and views of the mountains were perfect!”

“Love it guys was just beautiful... was bit stink tbough that my 1yearold wasnt allowed in pool i understand from your business point of veiw for safty reasons etc but a one yearold you do no let go of... would of spent more time as a family in there that was one reason why we picked the place ... could say its at our own risk etc... besides that very nice well worth the $$ shame tho it was raining the whole weekend on us :( but cant do much bout the weather...”
“The staff were always friendly, we were upgraded to the honeymoon suit for our stay which was nice (just a slightly larger version of the room we had booked). The blockout curtains were amazing, the linen on the bed was so so snuggly, I was in bed heaven! The snow store attached to the hotel was great too and hooked us up with everything we needed for our time on the mountain. It was a 2 min drive into the town so it was easy to grab food when we wanted it. Oh, the restaurant was great too - the mulled wine was so smooth and the food was delish!”
“The room and whole hotel is beautiful and feels very relaxing and luxurious. The Matterhorn Restaurant is AMAZING and we enjoyed a lovely meal there. The pool is fabulous and we loved ordering Margaritas to be delivered to us while soaking! Our room was well stocked with yummy mini-bar items, and the reception staff were ever so helpful with anything we needed. We wanted to stay another night!”
