“The warm and friendly reception staff and the efficient and caring service throughout. The Dining Room was pleasant and we had a very good Beef Stroganoff with delightful draught beer (Deuchars). Good to have my old favourite whitebait on the menu which I would have enjoyed more- a little over done in the deep fryer, but it still went down well. The Breakfasts were exceptionally good- herself had a fry up with good quality poached eggs and bacon and sausage with fried bread. I had the finest Smoked Haddock and poached eggs with brown bread toast and butter that I have ever had- beats my London club which fancies itself on this dish. Bedroom was spacious and the en-suite was first class. Plenty of clean towels.”

Last minute booking due to change of original plans. Just make my great nieces wedding that bit more special being able to stay at the same venue.”
