“The common areas were grand and made the trip special. The rooms were comfortable but felt like they could use a bit of sprucing up. Things felt a bit worn. Shower water pressure was nice. Beds were comfortable. A HUGE pool was enjoyed by my kids. Hotel staff was nice and spoke English well.”
“Hotel is quite a traditional 5-star, so it was overall a good experience. The staff were very helpful. Special kudos to the staff at the cafe - came down a bit late for breakfast one morning, one of them made sure to grab us extra food just before they close up the buffet! Another staff also offered to pack up a coffee and some pastries when he heard one of us can't make it down for breakfast. Thanks so much for the warm service!”

“This must be the only hotel in the world with a 50m outdoor swimming pool, exclusive for hotel guests. The hotel has many tour groups but they don't go to the pool. If you love swimming, this is the place for you. I was told the pool is open the whole year, but of course in the winter it's a bit cold.”

Stunning views from balconies and coffee bar. Public areas on scale of over the top film set. Excellent staff and service in all restaurants and areas. Very busy and popular for weddings and over national holiday. Breakfast buffet extensive but a bit of a scrum.”
