“The room was immaculate. The location was great! The bed was soooo comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could of stayed longer. We plan on going back next year and will definitely stay at the Edgewater. It was close enough to the Pier to walk, but will be far enough away when it's busier (noisier). The staff was very friendly and answered any of our questions.”
“the view was amazing just thought the toom would be a lil better the screen door knocked me over everytime i would exit or enter the room snapped back cut my hand on it well got a long scratch the shower soap dish was dirty floor was gritty pooor cleaning from housekeeper prior to checking in hair in jacuzzi had to clean before using had a scum film on it and a few hairs”

“The area, and the hotel reminded us very much of the Santa Cruz area in California, our home turf. We loved it as we had been away from home for 3 months. The recently renovated hotel was very nicely decorated and though it was the end of the season, everything was up to snuff.”

“The ocean view was very nice. The bed & hot water was great. Dee at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Go during tourist season as the whole area shuts down for the winter. While there visit Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. Just outside of Kennebunkport visit Mabel's Restaurant. The lobster was fabulous. They split a one and a quarter pounder, cover the meat with fresh scallops and shrimp and then smother it with a delicious light cheese sauce. It was the best I've ever had and the waitress told us that people come from all over New England to order that dish. We believe it. $37 but it will be a highlight of your dining life. The restaurant itself is very basic but ok.”
