The hotel staff was so attentive and professional from start to finish. Tim’s (the general manager) courtesy in giving us detailed directions to main attractions is deeply appreciated. We had delightful breakfast meals and room service. Although the water was a bit cold, my son enjoyed the indoor pool. The spa visit was relaxing with the very pleasant therapist April.”

“the hotel staff were very helpful. concierge were faultless they managed to book us a hire car within 10 mins. the bed was comfy and the shower was to die for . use of robe was appreciated as was the brolly. restaurant was a bit expensive but well worth it. the blue havayees went down well.”
