“The gentleman at reception was very helpful,we arrived at 1-2 am after traveling for 6 hours and he seen we were very tired,so he delt with our check in very prompt,he was extremely helpful in the morning,i.e. Giving us locations of local shops and weather,also when I wanted to exstend my booking for my friends the receptionist was professional and helpful,all together our whole experience was exceptional what a fantastic hotel and staff,also when we went for breakfast the food was excellent and the lady serving breakfast was awesome,very cheerful and helpful she made sure we had enough coffee etc and really set my day after leaving hotel to a great one definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again”

“After staying here several times in the past but not for a couple of years, I couldn’t believe my eyes when walking in, the whole hotel has been refurbished & it looks amazing everything was great from the hotel staff to the restaurant the rooms are fantastic everything is brand new can’t recommend this hotel enough!!”
