“Great stay! Just 8 to 10 minutes walk from Niigata Station. Shuttle bus also available in the morning and evening, operated at every 15 minutes. Driver was very polite and help me with my short shuttle anyway he can. Lady at the reception tried to find the room for my 2-hour early check-in. Check-in and -out were super fast. Onsen (2nd floor for women, 10th floor for men) was really good, designed brilliantly as guests could find private corners to relax without facing others. Night time ramen was on the house!”

“Friendly reception staff who could understand English, no problem with check-in. Room is very clean and comfortable. Wide varieties of dishes for its buffet breakfast. Rooftop onsen bath is large, even for its outdoor style, and my main reason for choosing this hotel because of the onsen. Though not that near to the train station, but the hotel do provide limited shuttle service, its timing happens to suit my needs. Short walk to nearby convenience stores.”

“The services are great. The staff tried to offer assistance when needed. They even provided free toe socks for room wearing as our foot may feel cold when walking in the room. The free shuttle service is another bonus. Not forgetting the free ramen as supper”

“The bed was easy to sleep. It has both outdoor and indoor hot springs. The breakfast has more food than you need. About 8 minutes walk from the Niigata station's Bandai Exit while pulling a midsize luggage. 5 minutes walk to the station without any luggage. 3 minutes walk to a Lawson (24 hour convenient store). A lot of place to hangout, eat and have a drink in between the hotel and the station.”

“Nice communal baths, clean room, and great service. It's a nice experience for me to stay here in my first trip to Niigata and also my first time being in Japan. Not far from Niigata station, and there're some Japanese bistro, Lawson/7-11, and a Sukiya in the near hood :)”
