“Minamata is a very small town which we wouldn't say touristic but there is a number of hot springs nearby within 15 minutes drive. We believe most people stopover there in their way to somewhere else or use it as a has to explore the surrounding areas. It I a change of scenery as compared to other big cities in Japan. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and courteous. Another thing we live about the hotel is its environmentally friendly approach in terms of amenities.”
