“Unfortunately we ended up with a queen bed instead of a King suite like we booked. The breakfast had enough selections but not enough plates and cutlery; the staff was uncaring when asked to resupply the missing items. At check out the young woman was awful and she didn't want our worthless Canadian money when asked for a final receipt after paying in US she was unable to print one. The bathroom door on our suite squeaked loudly everytime someone used it. In conclusion we will stay in the Marriott next time.”

“This was an excellent experience. Jennifer and Nell were wonderful hosts! Breakfast was great, every staff member was friendly and helpful, there is a grill, a basketball court, a fire pit, a mini-golf area... I could go on and on. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The room was clean and exceeded my expectations!”
“The staff was extremely accommodating to my very demanding wife. The room for the handicapped was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils. The A/C worked very well. Outside our windows were four A/C compressor units. We didn't hear one the whole time we were there. Breakfasts were more than adequate. Never got a chance to eat the dinners since we were too busy pigging out on Buffalo delicacies, but I'm sure it was good. Will do this again next year, Lord willing.”
