“Loved the room ; was very comfy and luxury. Loved most was the in room breakfast service; really nice food selection and service ( very attentive) Least impressive was the check in time which was 5 pm and no prior notice despite that the publiseh check in time is 3 pm. I was very exhausted from the long flight from Bangkok and wanted to take a rest in my room once I checked in but the receptionist informed and we could not let you use your room yet as we were fully booked due to PFW !! So? Was that my problem that I had to manage? It was the hotel's problem that they had to find the best solution to their clients! I paid very expensive room just to fly 12 hours to wait almost to 2 hours to check in? ( i arrived the hotel around 3 pm) I hope this message directing to the manager of this hotel to consider improving the service. (The manager we met was really nice and down to earth sadly didnt get a chance to tell him this story)”
“Early check-in and late check out were a real convenience. The Junior Suite was absolutely beautiful. Well insulated from noise and neighbours. A perfect retreat. The food at breakfast was all freshly made and truly delicious with highest quality ingredients; Pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruit on one day, scrambled eggs and a plate of cold cuts the next. The staff were excellent. Friendly without being pushy, and generally very relaxed.”

“Beautiful beautiful hotel but still homely. (A luxurious home!) service was impeccable. All staff were extremely pleasant. Very warm welcome. We had just got married and were welcomed with a very nice bottle of champagne in our room! Nathalia recommended us restaurants and even booked one for us. It was absolutely stunning with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was stunning and very large in fact the room was large compared to standard hotel rooms in Paris. The bed was extremely comfortable! We had the best sleep! They even allowed us to check out later. Amazing breakfast with such a wide choice! We couldn't help but to try most things! Highly recommended, a luxurious, peaceful, comfortable and beautiful hotel. Thank you!”

“The hotel is quite wonderful. Only twelve rooms, so the experience with the staff was quite special. This is a luxury hotel and feels like it, every step of the way. Perfect for special occasions! The staff went way out of their way in every instance. I cannot say enough about them. Also, it is in (arguably) the safest neighborhood in Paris, given that the president's residence is right around the corner. It is a short walk to the Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde and the sights of Paris.”
