• Important Notice
  • Guests booking and/or arriving outside of the reception&apos;s opening hours need to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It is the only way to arrange the handing over the keys.<br><br>Guests should arrive within the check-in time should they book for the same day as arrival.<br><br>Guests arriving on a Tuesday must contact the hotel 1 day in advance to arrange an exact time for handing over the keys/deposit.<br><br>Please note that both the restaurant and the bar are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in winter, except Hanover fair days.<br><br>Please note that the sauna and wellness area is closed on Tuesdays. The sauna and wellness area is reserved for female guests between 17:00 and 21:00 on Thursdays in the wintertime. Please note that, in some cases, the sauna area can be booked 1 hour in advance. Please contact the property for more details.<br><br>Please contact Sonnenhof in advance if you wish to use the sauna, the thermal baths (SPA Bad Pyrmont) or book a massage.<br><br>Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability only and additional charges may apply.
