“The staff were awesome and super friendly. Although i didnt get to sleep in the hotel due to a fire in the adjacent car park we could not acsess the hotel. The staff remained in contact with me throuout and organized a full refund. 10/10 would recommend.”
“We arrived around 6pm and reception closed at 5pm as this is really a hotel, not a motel However we found a staff member who checked us in but not a quick process. The motel rooms are a bit 'exposed' and would not be good on a Saturday night although the rear door did give access to an outdoor area that was private and could be pleasant in good weather. The room had all the expected facilities, the bed was fine and the room had adequate space for one night. The breakfast pack was okay as included in the price and the meals in the hotel restaurant were good value and with a wide selection and we thought were reasonable value.”
“Staff helpful and friendly. Room was quite adequate for a short stay and the addition of a breakfast box is good for those who don’t have food intolerances. It’s directly opposite Doncaster Shoppingtown which makes it a good location for shopping and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants there if you don’t want to eat at the hotel restaurant.”
“Convenient location to Westfield and freeway to city. Hotel meals are a bonus when not wanting to go out.”
