“The personal is very nice even if they don't speak english. The room is perfect too. The location is very convenient when we have to travel by train or by bus.”

“The hotel is close to the Shizuoka station and easy to find just crossing the street in front of Shizuoka station. It is also close to the shopping street. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Once we asked the information and how to go to an attraction place, they tried to help us find the information of trains and bus. The room is clean and bed size is bigger than the standard Japanese business hotels. The hotel also provides free cosmetic test items, such as cleaning, toner, etc.”

“The hotel was fine and the selection of TV channels with English was good (for a Japanese hotel). The bed was not as comfortable as some, probably due to the pillow (being Japanese standard pillows). The range of goods available for rent or nominal charge seemed to be good, although we did not use any. The bathroom was adequate and very clean. Overall an enjoyable stay. On arrival we were given a free coffee or orange juice from the small coffee shop attached to the hotel (nice touch) - coffee was not to our taste so suggest you take the orange juice! If you walk outside the hotel and turn right, there is a subway entry ahead. Go down here and walk along and you will see a supermarket which had a great selection of ready made food for sale (including fruit and vegies). We purchased dinner here and went back to the hotel to enjoy some down time.”
